Founded by Anna-Sophia Haub, Sill Ventures operates across two pillars. On the capital side, she advises investors and venture firms on deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio ESG evaluation across climate tech, sustainability, and the circular economy — while connecting high-potential startups in those spaces with capital and strategic partners.

On the advisory side, Sill Ventures provides hands-on sustainability and ESG consulting for companies navigating regulatory transformation, materiality analysis, strategy, and circular economy positioning. Anna-Sophia also serves in board and advisory capacities.
